After graduation in Civil engineering in 2008 from PESCE, Mandya obtained Master of Technology from PESCE, Mandya, Karnataka in 2010. Mahendra joined DesignTree Service Consultants (P) Ltd, Design Engineer – Structures in 2010. During his tenure he worked on prestigious projects like Mall of Mysore, Radisson Blue Mysore, Aris Global Mysore, Elements Mall Bengaluru, LuLu mall Trivandrum, Brigade IRV centre Bangalore, Divyshree republic of whitefield, Assetz Marq, Divyashree Orion, Aparna Sarovar Zenith, Nitesh Columbus square and provided design solutions for high-rise structures.
In his 13 Years of Experience, He has in his credit several Multi-storied Structures for residential, commercial, hospital, hotels, Corporate, Industrial Structures and Institutional Projects. He has experience in structural steel and composite structures in co-ordination with reputed in Indian and International Architects.
